We enjoyed this fast, tasty hot tuna casserole very much. I hade up ahead of time, except for breadcrumbs and cheese, then refrigerated until we were ready to eat. It has soaked up a lot of the mayo so I added a little more before baking. The great thing here is that this is made from ingredients that I always have on hand..so I will use this for one of those "I need supper fast" dishes.

  1. Combine tuna, pepper, onion, pimiento and mayonnaise.
  2. Spoon in shallow dish.
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°, 20 min.
  5. or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serves 4.
