  1. Finely chop the parslic and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Add the salt and pine nuts and process until finely chopped.
  3. With the motor running, add the oil.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss with tuna, 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water and pasta.
