Nice burgers, Little Miss (DD) really loved this recipe. She has been unwell for a while and has been off her food. This has been her first 'big' meal for the pass two weeks. We served them with cheese, lettuce, tomato and gherkins. The spreads I put on the table was mashed avocado, mayonnaise, tomato sauce (ketchup) & chilli sauce. Turkey minced (ground) is really difficult to find in Australia, unless it's around Christmas time. I was really lucky to find some on sale (because it's not a sort out produce in Australia). I found I would have preferred these burgers more using Chicken mince BUT I think this is a personal preference because I'm not use to Turkey mince. HOWEVER I will make these again with Turkey (if I found it) for my Little Miss, she loved them. Thanks for posting your recipe OzzieFoodie

These burgers (kofte) taste great! I agree that it's rather like eating meat loaf as a sammie, but what's wrong with that, I ask you! I love meatloaf sammies, and love this particular take on them. Will be made again, Ozzie. Made for PAC Spring 2010. You've been adopted!
