    We call this Tuesday's pasta because this recipe is perfect for the middle of the week when you don't feel like cooking or going to the supermarket. We always have the ingredients on hand and the recipe is quick, cheap, healthy, and delicious.

    Directions:

      Prepare pasta in boiling water and put aside.

      Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    3. 3
      Saute anchovies and garlic quickly, breaking up the anchovies.
    4. 4
      Add tomatoes, oregano, basil, (and salt, if using).
    5. 5
      Stir often until tomatoes are cooked down, about 15 minutes.

      Stir tuna into tomato sauce, break up with a fork.
    7. 7
      Season with pepper to taste.

      Toss over hot pasta.

      My whole family liked this one. I used fresh tomatoes and had to skip the anchovies because DH wont eat them. Came out great, thanks for posting

      This is an easy and quick recipe to make. I used rotini pasta. I added a bit of hot sauce for my taste. I also sprinkled some parmesan cheese over it. Made a great meal. Thanks boomoo.
