Very easy and always requested at our home.
- 3 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage (frozen section)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- Fry sausage in large frying pan, drain. Add rest of ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Variation: follow same directions using long grain rice instead of minute rice. Add 1 cup long grain rice and 3 soup cans of water.
