T's Limey Cilantro Sauce

- 2 bunches fresh cilantro, rinsed and well drained
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt or 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 (12 ounce) package tofu, cubed
directions
- Trim off ends of cilantro stems. Cut into 2 inch lengths. Put all ingredients (except tofu)into food processor and process until even but not to fine. Marinade tofu for an hour. Place sauce and tofu into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Coconut Rice.

I am allergic to alliums (onions, garlic, chives, leeks, scallions, lillies, etc). Now that I am off the alliums, I am beginning to love to cook again!
