Truly Delicious Stuffed Crust Pizza

This is my version of a stuffed crust pizza. I have tried different brands of cheeses, pepperoni, and sauces and think I have found the best of the best. (But of course you can use your favorite brand if you'd like.) The recipe is for a pepperoni pizza but you can add any additional toppings that you enjoy. This is not a healthy dish, but who can resist pizza!! The amounts are just estimates...put as much cheese, sauce and toppings as you prefer.
Also, if you've never tried it try dipping your slice of pizza in ranch or buttermilk ranch dressing. Tons of people do it because it's delicious! I really urge you to try it if you haven't..it sounds odd but I promise it's good!
Ingredients:

refrigerated
pizza crust
(Pillsbury)

½ cup
pizza sauce
(Ragu or your favorite brand)

1 cup
shredded
mozzarella cheese
(Sargento or your favorite brand)

25 slices
pepperoni
(Hormel or your favorite brand)

6 pieces
mozzarella string cheese
(Kraft string cheese with 2% milk melts well)

parmesan cheese
(optional)
-
ranch dressing
(...for dipping)
(optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray cookie sheet or 13x9 pan with grease.

Spread pizza dough over your pan.

Unwrap string cheese and place along edges of pizza crust; one at each end and two along each side.

Fold dough up over string cheese to where the string cheese is completely covered. Be sure to press down on the dough to seal the string cheese inside the dough.

Spread sauce over pizza crust.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce and then add the toppings.

Bake at 425 for 13-17 minutes; make sure dough is a soft brown and that all of the cheese is melted.

If desired, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of pizza once it is finished cooking.

You should really try dipping it in ranch dressing!
