This recipe is from Patrick O'Connell, award-winning chef at Virginia's Inn at Little Washington. I saw this in People Magazine and I LOVE truffled popcorn!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Place warm popcorn in a bowl.
  2. Toss with butter, truffle oil, parsley, cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
