This is a layered dip that my daughter invited and loves
- 1 large sized avocado
- 16 ounces refried beans
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces salsa
- 16 ounces corn
- 16 ounces black beans
- 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
- 1.Pill and cut the avocado into small pieces then place it into the blender along with the refried beans and sour cream. After it is well blended put it on the bottom of your severing dish. This is going to be the base.
- 2.In a large bowl and your salsa, can of corn, and black beens. This is also where you will add you fresh lime juice; mix well then pour this mixture over the top of your base.
- 3.Finley just sprinkle our cheese over the top.
