Tropical Vodka Slush

"Sparkly, refreshing, and perfect for a summer gathering! Cook time means chilling time."

 

• Ready In: 8hrs 10mins
• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 2 quarts

ingredients

• 28 ounces cream of coconut
• 18 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
• 46 ounces pineapple juice
• 750 ml vodka
• 2 liters carbonated lemon-lime beverage

directions

1. In a very large plastic pitcher, mix cream of coconut, lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice, and vodka. Chill overnight in freezer, or until slushy.
2. To serve, place 2 scoops into a glass, and then fill glass with soda. Serve with long handled spoons.

Oh gosh this was soooooo good! actually too good, myself and DH could just drink these all night, I will reduce the vodka next time, these are potent! and mabey try this using light rum, these are excellent and have gone into my favorites file, thanks for sharing this Kizzi!...Kitten:)
