ingredients

• 1 cup honey
• 1 cup pineapple chunk
• 3⁄4 cup frozen peaches
• 3⁄4 cup frozen strawberries

directions

1. blend until smooth.
2. serve while cold.

Loved the fruit in this smoothie. We scaled the honey back to 1/2 cup and even then it was a bit too sweet for me, but not for my DH. I also added about 1/4 cup plain yogurt to help the blender chop all of the frozen fruit. Thanks for the post! Made for Fall PAC, October, 2011.
