a light, fruity spread with sweet and some protein. I put this on top of a plain rice cake with banana slices.
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry, pureed
- 1⁄2 banana, mashed
- 1⁄2 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla soy)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, crunchy
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
- 1 dash stevia
- combine all ingredients.
- stir well.
- enjoy as a sweet, healthy topping on anything.
