Pineapple and papaya are rich in antioxidants and contain digestive-system stimulating enzymes. From Detox - the process of cleansing and restoration.
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1⁄2 fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2⁄3 cup soymilk
- 1 1⁄4 cups plain yogurt
- Place all of the ingredients in a juicer or blender.
- Process until smooth.
Don't know about all the things this might do to detox my body, but I can tell you that it's a very nice tasting smoothie! Liked the combo of papaya & pineapple here!
