A healthful, tangy way to start your day.
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- Combine juices and yogurt in blender or food processor.
- While motor is running, gradually add strawberries and blend until thick and smooth.

very easy, and very good, normally don't like pineapple juice, but I really liked the flavor of this smoothie!
