Enjoy a flavour of the Caribbean with this party punch, flavoured with banana, coconut and pineapple.
- 1 1⁄4 cups Malibu rum
- 1 1⁄4 cups Midori melon liqueur
- 3⁄8 cup banana liqueur
- 1 pint pineapple juice
- 3⁄8 cup grapefruit juice
- chopped pineapple
- chopped banana
- In a large jug, mix together the Malibu, Midori, banana liqueur and pineapple juice with ice.
- Thread alternate pieces of pineapple and banana onto skewers.
- Serve the punch in highball glasses, garnished with a fruit skewer.
