Crazy good delicious. Sweet, but not "too", and perfectly spicy. Followed this exactly, but I've got to say - I thought the nutritional facts looked suspect (i.e., 98 calories per serving?) I decided to feed the exact ingredients into food.com in a separate window ("submit a recipe") to see what I would get. It computed 416 calories per serving! That didn't sound right, either, given that a small boneless pork loin chop is about 191 calories. (I wouldn't be fussing about the calories but I'm trying to shed a few pounds before going to sunny Florida in February and I'm hyper.) I guess, as made, these chops come out to be about 250 calories a serving? Oh who cares anyway - they're delicious! And I do mean delicious! Thanks for a Certain Keeper.

I would actually give this recipe a 3 1/2. I followed the recipe exactly and the sauce did thicken but not by much. I used centre cut bonless chops and crushed pinneapple. It was very delicious and I would definately make it again, but it seemed to be missing something important.......

These were pretty darn good! I fixed them for dinner last nite and everyone enjoyed them. I had center cut bone-in chops and they were fall off the bone tender. Thanks for posting. This one goes into my regular monthly rotation.

LOL..my husband also cooked this meal and it was pretty good. We kept having to put off dinner for about an hour, but even at that the pork was very tender and the sauce was a sweet/sour one, which I happen to like. Thanks for posting.

THIS IS FANTASTIC. I get recipes for dinner on here every night, and this is one of the best. My hubby had to cook it because I've torn the ligaments in my knee, he did a wonderful job, turned out perfect, and my kids liked it too! What more could I ask for! Tender and juicy and lots of flavour. It is a keeper here!

Delightful way to cook chops. Made a great sweet-n-sour sauce that went well with the pork. I served the chops over rice and along with a vegetable stir-fry. Very good and a nice week-night easy dinner. Thank-you.

This was a wonderfully easy dish to prepare. My family loved it and requested again.

This was great! Very saucy and flavourful, and the chops stayed nice and tender. A neat mix of tastes, seems like there's everything but the kitchen sink in this one! A big hit with DH as well. Definitely one to do again, very soon.

This was great! My kids even liked it and I have very picky kids. The only thing I did different was that I had no pinapple but I had pinapple juice (frozen). So I used it instead. I have made it both ways and we liked it better with the pineapple juice it made the sauce thicker and so it stuck to the pork real good. It was YUM YUMMY!!

A stove top meal that is easy, quick and very good. DH enjoyed these; (I am dieting but had to have a small taste myself); and I thought they were good. I used what I had on hand: chops with the bone in,Teriyaki sauce rather than soy sauce and crushed pineapple vs. tidbits. I added some of the pineapple juice as well. I served this with Rice a Roni Fried Rice. A good recipe to use for something "different" when cooking pork chops.

This creates a nice orange sweet and sour sauce. I served with brown rice (good to even out the sweet and sour) and roasted peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Great meal!
