This Smoothie is so refreshing. It makes a great breakfast or afternoon treat!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup tropicana pure peach-papaya-mango juice
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 2 fresh apricots
  • 6 ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in order listed into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve imidiately.

A great pick me up after spending the afternoon in the garden. I couldn't find the juice stated in the recipe in our local store when I shopped so used a pinapple & mango one. Also no fresh apricots so I used canned. Still a great drink...... so good in fact I made a second with a big spoon of greek yoghurt in it for some protein.

Didn't even go looking for the Tropicana juice given on the ingredient list but used what I usually have onhand, which is a mango nectar! And forget the ice cubes, 'cause I most often get my frosty chill from frozen fruit, either frozen banana or, as in this case, frozen peaches & mango! Great tasting just the same, but I am looking forward to this coming summer & fall when . . . ! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Cookbook Tag]
