Fun fruity and healthy drink . Recipe from First Magazine 7/4/05 in an article regarding the green tea diet.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup brewed green tea
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice


  1. In a blender, combine tea and juices.
  2. Add ice til crushed to your liking.
  3. Serve~.

First thing out of my DH`s month was Mmmmm.... Nice refreshingly tasty. I did a quick blend with ice in my vita mix. Rum would be a nice party addition. But You won`t miss the booze if you serve it at a party. It`s a FUN drink! Thanks!

When making this, I brewed a strong cup of tea so that when I added the ice, I wouldn't have a watered down drink, & besides that, I like strong tea! Very easy to put together, & the mango & pineapple combo was very, very nice! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my Vegan partners in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 7]
