      It's a warm day today and a pineapple lemon cake sounded so refreshing. I'm a lemon lover, so added some juice to the cake batter and a little more than what was called for in the topping, but either way is wonderful. I've never used condensed milk added to a topping, and it really made the cake different and delicious -- one that I will make again and again.

      Yummy cake. I'm thinking next time I'll add some coconut and make it a pina colada cake.

      this was very good. i made it for a super bowl party using a yellow cake mix, too lazy to go to the supermarket. very easy to make and the end results were wonderful!!!

      This cake was delicious! Very moist and flavorful. I didn't use nuts, but followed the recipe as written. Just needed a few extra minutes of baking to test done. It's simple enough to let the kids prepare it with supervision. A real keeper.
