A light, flavorful Italian dressing perfect for summer!
- 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄8 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 cup oil (preferably a light vegetable oil)
- 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix (i.e. Good Seasons)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Pour the lemon and pineapple juices into a container (like a dressing cruet) and add the green onions.
- Shake well.
- Add the water, oil and dressing mix, and shake again.
- That's all!
