- 354.88 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml nonfat yogurt
- 2.46 ml salt
- 59.14 ml raisins
- 709.77 ml zucchini, grated
- 473.18 ml flour
- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 236.59 ml pineapple, drained
directions
- beat sugar eggs vanilla and yogurt in bowl.
- next add the zucchini and mix together.
- combine the flour baking powder baking soda salt and raisins together then add it to the mixture with the zucchini.
- bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
