  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 12 cup red pepper, cubed
  • 13 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, minced
  • 12 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes


  1. Chop all the above mentioned fruits.
  2. Mix all of them in a bowl with the vinegar and the red chilli flakes.
  3. Serve chilled.

Adding some chopped Jicama to this mix gives it a nice texture. Loved it!!!
