- 1⁄2 cup mango, diced
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1⁄2 papaya, diced
- 2 sliced kiwi
- 1⁄4 cup diced sweet red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup diced maui onion
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 1 chili pepper, seeded and veined, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently and let stand for an hour in a refrigerator.

I do love salsa & I do love fruit, but when it came to adding a chili pepper to this mix, I called on the 'Gringo wimp' that sits on my left shoulder all the time & substituted a bit of green chilies from a can! I only like HOT heat from the sun ~ The rest of it I like MILD! Anyway, I still say you have a great recipe for salsa here, & we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
