I had a variation of this salad at a Thanksgiving party, with just the kiwi, cranberries and slivered almonds. I made it at home and added different ingredients. At every family function, I am now asked to make this salad. Everyone who tries it loves it.
- 2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple (drain juice)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges (drain juice)
- 2 cups strawberries
- 8 kiwi fruits
- 3 mangoes
- 2 star fruit
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Clean and cut up fruit, mix together. Enjoy.
