This is yummy served over unfrosted cake, Twinkies, creme-filled banana cakes, etc.
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple tidbits, well-drained
- 1⁄4 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄4 cup toasted almond, chopped
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 red maraschino cherries (or 1 of each, optional) (optional) or 2 green maraschino cherries (or 1 of each) (optional)
