ingredients
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1 orange (peeled and sectioned)
- 1⁄2 mango (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup sparkling water
directions
- Process the fruit in a juicer.
- Pour juice in a large glass and fill to top with Sparkling mineral water.
- Best served with ice.

rThis was quite refreshing, which I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that I chilled the fruit and sparkling water first. (We had two medium drinks and needed only about 2 ounces of sparkling water for each serving). It's a great way to have fresh tropical fruit. But the orange was a bit too prominent for our taste buds; we didn't taste the mango or kiwi at all. So next time, I'd be inclined to use only half an orange, two kiwis, and a whole small mango to balance the fruit flavors a bit. But it was delicious, StarShine Chef. Made for Spring 2014 Pick-A-Chef.
