Tropical Fresh Fruit Smoothie

This is a twist on another smoothie here on Zaar, but has less sugar and more fresh fruit. It is a mild tasting smoothie; I really like it and so does my toddler!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango (flesh only)
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coco Lopez
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  1. Place mango, banana, milk, OJ and Coco Lopez in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and chop to fine consistency.
  3. Serve!

This is good. I used thick Thai coconut milk along with some brown sugar after reading what Coco Lopez was. I also used additional coconut milk and water instead of milk to make ours dairy free. Made without ice but all cold ingredients. Made for ZWT7 South & Central America, for my team Food.Commandos
