This is a twist on another smoothie here on Zaar, but has less sugar and more fresh fruit. It is a mild tasting smoothie; I really like it and so does my toddler!
- 1 banana
- 1 mango (flesh only)
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Coco Lopez
- 2 cups ice
- Place mango, banana, milk, OJ and Coco Lopez in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and chop to fine consistency.
This is good. I used thick Thai coconut milk along with some brown sugar after reading what Coco Lopez was. I also used additional coconut milk and water instead of milk to make ours dairy free. Made without ice but all cold ingredients. Made for ZWT7 South & Central America, for my team Food.Commandos

I made this for myself and the kids over the weekend (omitting the coco lopez in the kid-friendly version!) and we all enjoyed this tropical smoothie very much. Thanks.
