a great tasting smoothie thats good for your taste buds also your eyes!
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
- 2 pineapple slices (store bought in a can)
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- put all of the ingredients into a blender and makes sure everything is blended all nice to your preference. it makes a good meal replacement if you just got finished working out. enjoy!
