A low fat dressing for your favorite fruit. The original was from Loonyspoons.
- 3⁄4 cup diced kiwi fruit
- 1⁄2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt or 1⁄2 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 2 teaspoons frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut extract
- Simply mash the kiwi
- and stir all the ingredients together for a thick dressing.
- If you wish thinner use your blender.
- Use within 24 hours of making.
