A low fat dressing for your favorite fruit. The original was from Loonyspoons.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup diced kiwi fruit
  • 12 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 12 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt or 12 cup vanilla soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
  • 12 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions

  1. Simply mash the kiwi
  2. and stir all the ingredients together for a thick dressing.
  3. If you wish thinner use your blender.
  4. Use within 24 hours of making.
