Tropical Chicken

ingredients

• 5 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup water
• 2 medium onions, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 3⁄4 - 1 cup sweet and sour Chinese duck sauce
• 20 ounces an pineapple chunks, drained
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cornstarch

directions

1. grill chicken for 15-20 minutes until juices run clear.set aside.
2. place water, onions and pepper in skillet.cook over low heat until tender crisp --
3. stir in pineapple, bring to a boil --
4. pour in duck sauce, stir until well blended.
5. add brown sugar and cornstarch.mix well.
6. add chicken to skillet and simmer until heated through -- .
