If you love the taste of the tropics and such drinks as a pina colda then you will love this one.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1⁄2 cup canned sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Place all ingerdients in blender. Cover and process 15-30 seconds till smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks.
This was so easy and really delicious. I love that everything was healthy in this. I actually used regular coconut milk because I couldn't find the sweetened condensed coconut milk and I thought it was still sweet enough with the fruit and the honey. This will definitely be a new go to in my morning smoothie routine! Thank you Shirl!
