So simple to make. Another milkshake that I liked.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, not diluted
  • 1 ice cube (optional)


  1. Put all ingredients in a mixer, blender, or other container to liquify.
  2. Serve cold.

It's good but I think it needs more fruit call it tropical. It's a banana smoothie and as that it's very good. I'll try it with a strawberry or two in it, maybe a few pineapples as well.

A lovely fresh and healthy way to start the day. I skipped the ice as I didn't need the extra bit of cooling at 7:30 in the morning. Very tasty and, of course, quick. :D

Simple, creamy, sweet, and cool!! I used almong milk to make it vegan and it still turned out great. The flavors were balanced and lovely. Next time I think I'll make a double batch :D Thanks so much!! Made for Veg*n Swap 34!!
