    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 medium banana, sliced
    • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, not diluted
    • 1 ice cube (optional)

    Directions:

      Put all ingredients in a mixer, blender, or other container to liquify.

      Serve cold.

      A lovely fresh and healthy way to start the day. I skipped the ice as I didn't need the extra bit of cooling at 7:30 in the morning. Very tasty and, of course, quick. :D

      Simple, creamy, sweet, and cool!! I used almong milk to make it vegan and it still turned out great. The flavors were balanced and lovely. Next time I think I'll make a double batch :D Thanks so much!! Made for Veg*n Swap 34!!

      This is a great smoothie - so easy with ingredients I always have around. I didn't use the optional ice and was glad because the smoothie was nice and creamy but not overly thick. Thanks for posting your recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2010
