I haven't tried this one but it sounds delectable and so healthy. From the latest copy of Redbook magazine.
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Put all the ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high until mixture is thick and smooth.
I didn't exactly follow your recipe, but was looking to see if what I came up with was already on here. It was! The only diff. was that I used 1+ cups of kefir, instead of milk and chunk pineapple. I loved the flavor, a little tang from the pineapple, but still had the blueberry flavor. Will save this. thanks.
