Just one more smoothie for the book.
- 1 cup frozen red raspberries
- 2 cups frozen blackberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup sliced banana
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Rich, dark, fresh, and tangy. This made a wondeful breakfast for my DD. I subbed frozen strawberries for the raspberries, pomegranate juice for the apple juice, and added mangoes. Made for ZWT5.
Very refreshing! I didn't have plain yogurt so used my favorite, Pina Colada. Also substituted orange juice for the apple juice. Made for ZWT 5 -- Australia/NZ Thanks for sharing Charlotte!
