      I make this recipe regularly for my family as did my mom. It's delicious and the creamed peas are a must!! I did make one change in that I don't like as many crackers in the mix...makes it a bit harder to form the pattie. I used 2 15 oz cans of salmon and one tube of crackers. Otherwise, all is the same. My 10 yo daughter was in heaven. :-) Pam

      Fantastic recipe! I did leave out the poultry seasoning and used about 1 Tbs of chopped green bell pepper. I also rolled my patties in flour before frying. Turned out great! The peas was wonderful too. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

      I only had a small tuna-sized can of salmon on hand, and downsized the recipe to suit it. I found the flavor of the salmon patties to be a bit bland, and in the future will swap out the poultry seasoning and use other seasonings. The creamed peas were a success at our dinner table and very good over herbed mashed potatoes. Overall, a nice comfort food meal that can easily be adjusted to suit our tastes. Thanks for posting.

      Pretty yummy. I had a hard time getting the patties to stick together, so I added an additional egg. Also, I didn't have any poultry seasoning, so I used Chesapeake Bay seasoning. I liked using butter to cook the patties; it gave it a nice brown. I enjoyed the peas by themselves (though a little bland) but I don't think they particularly added to the patties. I served this with a side of ziti-like noodles.. I can't remember the name right now. My one year old loved this stuff. I will probably try this again, but use a different side dish.
