  1. In a large pot, saute beef, chicken and sausage.
  2. Roughly chop the onion and add that to the pot once the meats are cooked along with the tomotoes, red beans, and water.
  3. Lastly, add the seasoning packet and bring the chili to a boil.
  4. Turn the heat down to medium low and allow to simmer for at least 30-45 minutes.
  5. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it becomes.
  6. Serve with cheese and cornbread.

This is AMAZING! I made this for my friends and they all wanted the recipe (the guys wanted to marry me). Instead of 1 cup of water, I used a small can of tomato sauce. It was PERFECT!
