      ZWT4: Made for Family Picks - OUT OF THIS WORLD Anne!! I have half the dough in the freezer and the other half we made last night - yum!! My husband and I made piglets of ourselves last night!! I even brought some into work this morning and the treats were enjoyed by all!

      These were excellent chocolate cookie. They were easy to put together. I loved the taste of the espresso in them and the chocolate covered coffe beans is wonderful. Made for ZWT4 Zingo.

      Made for Family Picks ZWT4 – I had by mistake measured double the amount of butter, and already added sugar, when I realized my mistake, so I ended up with a double batch. No problem at all, my Co-workers all wanted more than one, and the recipe too. Chocolate covered espresso bean are hard to come by so I chopped up 3 ounces of espresso bean, and added 5 oz extra chocolate. No complaint there. 6 dozens gone in 24 hours…. Thanks Annisette.

      This is an *excellent* fudgy cookie. I made these while on vacation, it was so simple to put together and ahead of time. When it was time for dessert, I was at a loss, then I remembered I had these in the freezer - could of been the bevy's before... I popped them straight into the oven from the freezer and the aroma perked everyone up. My guest were asking what kind of dough it was - they we're definitely going to buy it ;) I told them, it was something I just threw together last night.... Oh you should have seen the looks. But there wasn't a crumb left on the plate. YUM! Will be making these and keeping them in the freezer for those times when ya just gotta have a little somethin'.... or would be terrific for unexpected company dessert!!! Oh- so good and so easy! Thank you, Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe! *keeper* in my book. Made for ZWT3 ~V

      Ohboy.ohboy,ohboy. I used this recipe to replace a traditional birthday cake for an adults Birthday Fiesta party today. OMG, these are good!! I used the mix of white and brown sugar which we all thought was very nice in these great cookies. The taste is fudgy and the expresso powder just puts it over the top. There is one serious drawback, when you eat one you just have to have another and so on!
