      These are a really good cookie, kinda of crisp/chewy, a nice presentation with the cranberries and the white chocolate drizzle. I didn't want to use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate, a baggie tends to blow out if the chocolate is too warm, so I dug out the turkey injector (minus the needle), filled it with the white chocolate & drizzled the cookies in no time at all. No mess or waste because of the rubber plunger, it worked great. Update, I took these to work, a co-worker took one bite, moaned and said "you have got to give me the recipe!"
