This recipe is great for lamb on the grill. I gives it a great mouth watering flavor. It is a variation of a recipe I found in a paper about 12 years ago for Easter recipes using lamb.
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 1⁄2 cup apricot nectar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped dried apricot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes Baste lamb with sauce while cooking Spoon any leftover sauce over lamb when serving.
