Triple Apricot Sauce for Lamb

"This recipe is great for lamb on the grill. I gives it a great mouth watering flavor. It is a variation of a recipe I found in a paper about 12 years ago for Easter recipes using lamb."

• Yields: 1 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
• 1⁄2 cup apricot nectar
• 1⁄2 cup chopped dried apricot
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes Baste lamb with sauce while cooking Spoon any leftover sauce over lamb when serving.
