      I cut this recipe in half to make one pie. Used 4 slices of bacon and swiss cheese. Also used peppers from our local natural foods' store. This would also be good for a potluck. Next year, when we fire up the BBQ, I'll have hubby roast bell peppers for this recipe. Thanks for sharing. cg
