I made this custard for "Poppy"'s Tiramisu Trifle #64044. I actually used all of the custard and used 2 7 oz. pkgs. of savoiardi biscuits and made 4 layers. It was wonderful! Thank you!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly; boil, whisking constantly, 1 minute or until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place pan in ice water; whisk occasionally until cool.
  5. Chill completely, about 2 hours.
