Love this recipe! I've used it many times with tri-tip and other cuts of beef. I've left out the kitchen bouquet, and I do punch holes in the meat both sides before putting in marinade for excellent tenderness on the grill
Oh..and I've never used the Kitchen Bouquet seasoning, I always use brown gravy mix instead (just the powder) and it works great.
This marinade was GREAT! I didn't have any garlic cloves, so I used 1.5 teaspoons of minced garlic instead; otherwise I didn't change a thing!

I marinated a flank steak in this marinade and it was delicious. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce so I was afraid it was going to be too salty with the regular one but it wasn't. All around a big hit. Thank you!
