Loved it with lemon and can't wait to try it with lime juice.

I just love ginger and I have a cold right now. This was so soothing, and made me feel better! I will be drinking this alot with lemon juice. Thanks Corilayn! Made for the Comfor Cafe-Snow Queens round.

This stuff really works! My friend who is a nurse practitioner always reccomends this to her patients. Also if you breath in the steam (CAREFULLY!! Don't get burnt!) is is beneficial too.

I love ginger tea, in ill-health or in good, so this worked very well for me! I debated adding the sugar, since I don't like it, but in the end I did, and I'm glad, that Tiny little bit of sweetness just takes away the sharp edge of the ginger! I didn't add any flavours, though I'd certainly enjoy either lemon or lime with this, however, I just enjoyed it as was. It makes a good eight cups, which I enjoyed throughout the day, Sunday being my 'housework' day! Made for My 3 Chefs, November 2009, thank you, Corilayn!
