Excellent! This was so easy to put together and the pork came out so tender. I served it with rice and stir fry veggies. I will definitely be making this again!

Sooo Easy!!! Next time I will plan to do some chinese veg too. Nicely prepared. Big flavor and sauce is Weight Watchers friendly.

The flavour was outstanding but unfortunately I did not have a frypan (skillet) that could go from stove top to oven (but will be buying one if only to make this recipe) so I cooked the chops in the frypan and transferred them to a warmed shallow casserole dish an poured the sauce over them and baked in the oven for about 25 minutes. Thank you Terese for a delicious pork recipe.

Wonderful recipe! I had a boneless pork loin roast in the freezer so I cut it into 8 chops to make this and every family member loved this. Very easy, the only change I made was to use 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder since I was out of chili peppers. I also made the mistake of covering the chops with foil during the baking, but it just made a thin sauce, which was excellent, instead of being sticky. So next time I will make sure the chops are uncovered during baking. Served with fried rice(mummamills micro-wave fried rice) and a green salad. Definetly will make again. Thanks Terese for sharing this.
