  2. Add flour; cook 3 minute Stir constantly.
  3. Add paprika, salt and peppers.
  4. Cook 3 minute Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
  5. (finely chopped).
  6. Cook 5 minute Remove from fire.
  7. Add lemon juice.
  8. Heat oysters quickly in own juice.
  9. Cover bottom of casserole with ham.
  10. Place oysters next.
  11. Cover with sauce.
  12. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  13. Bake at 400F, 30 minute.
