I made 1 loaf of this bread - it is yeasty and delicious. I was able to sit it outside in the summer sun to rise with a great result. I did find the method a little tricky to decipher. I mashed 4 small potatoes but that might have been a bit too many as I did have to add extra flour - no matter - we had a lovely loaf and ate it hot with butter. Made for Everyday is a Holiday.
