- 1 tablespoon gram flour (chickpea flour)
- 1 teaspoon cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- water, as required
- almond extract, as required
- Mix the first three ingredients in a small bowl.
- Massage this pack on your feet.
- Keep it on for 1 hour.
- Rinse off with cold water.
- Then, wipe dry and massage your feet with a little almond oil diluted with water.
- Do this thrice a week.
