      Yummy this works well as a snack! I made ours with, raw almonds, I didn't have sunflower seeds on hand so I added some chopped walnuts in their place, I used mainly Sunmaid Thompson raisins, a small amount of Iranian green raisins which are not very sweet, I left out the apricot, used desiccated coconut (I would leave it out next time) & carob chips.

      This is a very healthy and yummy trail mix, that I enjoyed snacking on a lot!!!! I used organic sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins and instead of the apricots I used some dried organic mango pieces. Mmmm, soooooo good! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful healthy snack alternative with us, Feingold Mom! Ill surely make it often again working my way through the variations you mentioned in your introduction.
